Freshney Green Primary Care Centre was open to the Public in September 2009. It has state of the art facilities offering an array of health and social care services. Freshney Green is the result of a close collaboration between the GP Practices, NE Lincs Care Trust Plus and Assura, who work in partnership with GPs and Health Professionals to deliver property, pharmacy and medical services across the UK. The building serves around 32,000 patients, approximately a fifth of the North Eas.
